Please note our cancellation policy:
A free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40%, up to one week before arrival 70% and thereafter 90% of the travel price.
If you do not arrive on the date you have booked, we will charge 100% of the total price.
But hey:
If the room you canceled is relocated, we will send you a voucher for the amount of the cancellation you paid for your next stay in our La Soa.
