We were finally able to assemble a great kitchen & service team for our #80. And that under the leadership of our chef, who does not hail from our region but brings a breath of fresh air. Both visitors from outside and hotel guests are cordially invited to enjoy culinary delights in our restaurant in Schattwald.

Opening hours:
Wednesday – Sunday from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.
(kitchen 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.) for you in our lodge.

Our daily ticket is available from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m: daily menu
The evening ticket is valid from 6-8:30 p.m: evening menu
Breakfast basket served in the chalet
According to your own rhythm and planned activities, you start the day with a hearty breakfast in your own chalet. Our lovingly assembled breakfast basket is delivered to your chalet every morning. This includes regional products such as farmer's bread, handmade rolls, yoghurt and homemade jams, fresh farmer's butter, spicy sausage, Tannheim bacon, hard and soft cheese, milk, honey, farm eggs, as well as vegetables and fruit according to seasonal availability. This breakfast service is not included in every price arrangement.
Barbecue on your own terrace
What could be nicer than planning a cozy barbecue afternoon with your friends on your own terrace! Everyone takes delicacies from home, you order the barbecue package in the restaurant in Schattwald or you go shopping together in the valley. We prepare the original Weber® charcoal grill on the terrace!

Fondue evening in Schattwald
After a nice day with us in the valley, you can let us spoil you with a fondue (with oil). Various types of meat, various sauces, Mediterranean vegetables & pastries are delivered to you in the chalet. We are also happy to deliver cheese fondue. - This is how the right hut atmosphere comes up!

Wine and Drinks in the Chalet
Each chalet has its own wine cabinet in which white and red wine is already prepared for you. There are soft drinks and water in the fridge. In addition, you can choose from a large selection of wines and drinks.
