House for those seeking peace

Our two alpine chalets, each for 2-4 people, are ideal retreats for small families looking for peace and security. The chalet offers a living space of 106 square meters on two levels. On the ground floor is the living and dining area as well as the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, wine storage cabinet, refrigerator and JURA coffee machine gives you the freedom to cook for your family yourself. From the living area, with a couch and daybed, you can reach the terrace. The outdoor bathtub (can also be used in winter) and the Finnish outdoor sauna of the Alpin Chalet on the terrace are protected from prying eyes by half-height hedges. So you can enjoy the fantastic scenery of the Tannheimertal undisturbed and in peace. On the first floor of the Alpin Chalet there are two bedrooms with double beds, 2 adjoining bathrooms and each with its own balcony. Dogs are allowed in both fenced-in Alpin Chalets. So your four-legged friend can run around freely.

Useful Information

Prices do not include breakfast.
A daily-delivered gourmet basket with regional breakfast delicacies can be added to your chalet booking.
The local tax of €3.50 per person per night is not included in the price.
Prices include taxes. The minimum stay is 5 nights... For shorter stays, a surcharge will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed in our chalets.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. The reception is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Free parking spaces are available.

Prices for children:

Up to 3 years: free

4 – 6 years: €35 / night

7 – 13 years: €49 / night

From 14 years: full price

Price for dogs:

Dogs are very welcome! However, dogs are not allowed in the Nest Chalet & and the See Chalet.
For your dog, we charge €35 per night without food, but including a bowl and dog blanket. Please inform us when booking.

Cancellation policy:

When booking, the Austrian hotel contract conditions of the Hotel Industry Association apply.
If you need to cancel your planned stay, the cancellation fees defined in the hotel contract conditions apply:

Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge

Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total stay price

Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total stay price

In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total stay price

No-shows: 100% charge.
