The sea chalet

Our two Seechalets are the ideal houses for young and old. On 134 square meters of living space there is a living/dining area and a bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a spacious wellness area on the upper floor. Whether holidaying together with several generations or with families who are friends – the Seechalet offers enough space to spend hours together in your own chalet. The three bedrooms still offer the necessary privacy with their own bathrooms and toilets to be able to withdraw. The wellness area with a Finnish panorama sauna, daybed, hanging chair and balcony with deckchairs gives parents the opportunity to relax while the little ones pass the time with a game console on the ground floor. Another highlight is the outdoor tub (can also be used in winter) and the direct and private access to our crystal bathing lake with its own jetty. Dogs are allowed in both fenced lake chalets, but they are not allowed on the jetty or in the swimming lake.

Useful Information

Prices do not include breakfast.
A daily-delivered gourmet basket with regional breakfast delicacies can be added to your chalet booking.
The local tax of €3.50 per person per night is not included in the price.
Prices include taxes. The minimum stay is 5 nights... For shorter stays, a surcharge will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed in our chalets.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. The reception is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Free parking spaces are available.

Prices for children:

Up to 3 years: free

4 – 6 years: €35 / night

7 – 13 years: €49 / night

From 14 years: full price

Price for dogs:

Dogs are very welcome! However, dogs are not allowed in the Nest Chalet & and the See Chalet.
For your dog, we charge €35 per night without food, but including a bowl and dog blanket. Please inform us when booking.

Cancellation policy:

When booking, the Austrian hotel contract conditions of the Hotel Industry Association apply.
If you need to cancel your planned stay, the cancellation fees defined in the hotel contract conditions apply:

Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge

Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total stay price

Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total stay price

In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total stay price

No-shows: 100% charge.
